Instructions
- 1
Mix together all the marinade ingredients.
- 2
Coat the ribs thoroughly with the marinade.
- 3
You can let them sit for an hour, overnight, or bake them right away.
- 4
Put the ribs covered into an oven preheated to 130°C, top and bottom heat, for 3 hours.
- 5
Meanwhile, mix together all the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- 6
Only once the ribs come out of the oven, put the sauce on the stove and cook it fresh.
- 7
Cook the sauce for about 3 minutes over high heat until it thickens.
- 8
Brush the finished ribs with the sauce.
- 9
Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
- 10
Serve with rice.
Tip
Cook the teriyaki sauce only after baking the ribs. Freshly made, it has a better flavor and consistency.
Common mistake
Don't add salt to the marinade, as the soy sauce is already salty enough.
Serving suggestion
Best served with rice, sesame seeds, and chives.
