Ingredients
Cheese filling
- 1000 gbucket curd cheese
- 6 szt.medium eggs
- 250 gbutter (melted and cooled)
- 135 gsugar
- 15 gvanilla sugar
- 100 gwheat flour
Optional
- 1 łyżeczkalemon juice
- vanilla or lemon flavoring
Instructions

Mix the curd cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.

Pour in the melted and cooled butter, mix.

Add the flour and gently mix again.

If you'd like, add lemon juice or flavoring.

Pour the batter into a pan.

Bake for 60 minutes at 170°C, top and bottom heat.

After baking, don't open the oven for 30 minutes, then crack the door open and let the cheesecake cool.
Tip
Mix the batter only until the ingredients come together, don't aerate it unnecessarily.
Common mistake
Mixing too intensely can make the cheesecake rise too much and then sink afterward.

Best well cooled, and even better after a night in the fridge.
