A very simple apple cake that comes together quickly and without any fuss.

Batter
- 3 szt.apples
- 175 gbutter
- 100 gsugar
- 2 łyżeczkivanilla sugar
- 3 szt.eggs
- 100 gGreek yogurt
- 250 gwheat flour
- 10 gbaking powder
Topping
- sugar (for sprinkling)
- cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Instructions

Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the eggs and mix.

Add the Greek yogurt, flour, and baking powder. Mix until combined.

Finally, add the apples.

Transfer the batter into a pan and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.

Bake for about 50 minutes at 160°C, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Tip
Don't mix the batter too long after adding the flour, just until the ingredients come together.
Common mistake
Too high a temperature can brown the top too quickly while the center stays too moist.
Serving suggestion
Great still slightly warm, but tastes good the next day too.
