Dough
- 120 gflour
- 40 gcocoa powder (35-40 g)
- ½ łyżeczkibaking soda
- ½ łyżeczkisalt
- 120 gbutter (soft)
- 110 gbrown sugar
- 60 gwhite sugar
- 1 szt.egg (large)
- 1 tabliczkadark chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

Beat the soft butter together with the brown sugar, white sugar, and egg all at once into a light, fluffy mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ones just until mixed.

Add the chopped chocolate.

Shape the dough into balls.

Bake for a maximum of 10 minutes at 190°C, top and bottom heat, without the fan.

After baking, leave the cookies on the tray for about 5 minutes to set.
Tip
The center should stay soft, so don't leave them in the oven too long.
Common mistake
Removing the cookies right after baking will damage them.
Serving suggestion
Best still slightly warm, when the center is soft.
